When to prioritize it
Usually clear it quickly in the early game, especially when Goblin Caverns creates several at once; the longer they remain, the more hostile pressure reaches the hauling line.
How to clear it efficiently
- Ballistas prioritize lower-health Dens, making them well suited to cleaning up scattered Goblin Dens.
- The calamity announcement ending does not remove the Den; spawned Dens remain persistent cleanup targets.
- If mountain health is already low, redirect damage to the Den or its unclaimed rewards will disappear with the mountain.
